Bullying and Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession - 10 February 2020, Rome

Chiomenti is proud to have been one of the first firms having promoted the International Bar Association “Bullying and Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession Survey”, with the key help of Acritas; the survey has been discussed at a seminar held at the Consiglio dell'Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma (Roman Bar Association) on Monday 10 February 2020.

Chiomenti has introduced and moderated the event with Managing Partner Filippo Modulo and has joined the panel discussion with of Counsel Stefania Bariatti as speaker. 

First released in London in May 2019, the 130-page report draws on data collected from nearly 7,000 surveyed legal professionals from 135 countries and is the largest-ever global survey undertaken by the IBA on these topics.

The event and the survey were also joined and supported by BonelliErede, Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners and Hogan Lovells.
