Webinar European Network “Dealing with force majeure in the aftermath of Covid-19” - June 25, 2020

Leading law firms Chiomenti, Cuatrecasas, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Gleiss Lutz, that together form the European Network, have held the webinar “Dealing with force majeure in the aftermath of Covid-19”, on June 25, 2020.


The webinar – with our Stefano Passeri (Senior Associate, Litigation and Arbitration Department) attending as speaker - has been focused on conflicts in Europe arising from Covid-19 restrictions impacting specific contract clauses incorporated in sales agreements and EPC contracts.
Under Italian, Spanish, French, German and English law, speakers have provided the participants with some practical tips and ideas to manage and prevent new conflicts in late 2020 or 2021.
