Webinar "Permanent establishment tax audits across Europe", 18 March 2021

Want to find out more about permanent establishment TaxAudits across Europe? Join us – with our Partners Paolo Giacometti and Raul-Angelo Papotti as speakers - on Thursday, March 18, at 16:00 CET for a webinar reviewing this area of increasing controversy.

The three-part webinar will provide insights on how to minimize potential risks, manage tax audits and subsequent resolution dispute mechanisms.

A general discussion to examine the topic from a pan-European perspective will be followed by two country-specific break-out sessions addressing each country’s specificities. You will be offered eight simultaneous virtual meeting rooms focusing on the main European jurisdictions (France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom); Paolo and Raul-Angelo will lead the break-out session for Italy as speakers. 
A closing session will conclude.
