Chiomenti appoints Sebastiano Zimmitti as General Counsel of the Firm

Chiomenti has appointed Sebastiano Zimmitti in the newly introduced role of General Counsel of the Firm.
Chiomenti just introduced such innovative management function for Italian professional law firms, to ensure a more effective management of internal and compliance processes and to supervise the business relationships of the Firm.
Sebastiano Zimmitti is a former partner of the Firm that assisted clients in litigation and arbitration, focusing on civil and contractual matters. Since his appointment, he will dedicate his experience to manage the compliance and internal legal functions for the firm.
