Code of Professional Conduct for Chiomenti

On 15 April 2016 the Partners approved the revised Code of Professional Conduct (the "Code") of Chiomenti Studio Legale.

The Code reaffirms the principles that have always shaped the Firm's activities ensuring that all matters are undertaken with the utmost professionalism and in a spirit of the greatest openness, integrity and diligence, being the fundamental values of professional conduct at Chiomenti.

The Code applies to all professionals working in the Firm's offices whether in Italy or abroad and to all other persons acting in the name or on behalf of the Firm.
