Italian Law Firm of the Year - Financial Times Mergermarket European M&A Awards 2010

Chiomenti Studio Legale has once again been named "Italian Law Firm of the Year" at the Financial Times-Mergermarket European M&A Awards held in London on December 9, 2010.

The European M&A Awards recognise corporate, private equity, banking and legal M&A expertise and excellence.
Country Awards are presented to the financial advisor and law firm deemed to have achieved excellence in advising businesses from each jurisdiction both domestically and overseas.

The awards utilise both empirical M&A transaction data and independent expert opinion to identify the winners of each award.
