On January 21, 2021, the OECD provided an updated guidance on tax treaties and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The newly published guidance focuses on how some jurisdictions have addressed the impact of COVID-19 on the tax situations of individuals and employers and revisits the previous OECD Secretariat guidance published in April 2020.
