Newsletter Tax Department | New measures introduced by Law Decree 19 May 2020, No. 34

Law Decree No. 34 of 19 May 2020 has introduced several measures, in order to tackle the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency in various sectors.
The newsletter will analyse the main tax provisions concerning financial support to companies; IVAFE, PIR and step-up of tax values; tax assessment activities; tax collection activities.
