Chiomenti has also gained a consolidated track record in the so-called Special Situations, which require transversal skills, as well as particular flexibility and efficiency, as these are one-off operations and difficult to replicate.

 

Chiomenti routinely provides assistance both to companies facing crisis, through the structuring of complex and innovative debt restructuring and corporate reorganization transactions, and to banks, funds and other investors (Italian and foreign).

 

This assistance also extends to cover acquisition transactions in distressed contexts, distressed lending transactions, as well as transactions for converting debt into equity or quasi-equity.
