Alice mainly deals with EU Law, with a specific focus on competition and consumer law. Her practice includes Internal Market as well as EU sectorial regulations concerning inter alia media and electronic communications. Alice has participated in proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority, regarding cartels, abuse of dominance and merger control and she has developed specific expertise in litigation, before both, EU and national jurisdictions.
