Benedetta provides legal assistance to individuals and companies involved in corporate criminal proceedings. She also provides out-of-court legal advice to leading Italian and foreign companies on various issues pertaining to corporate criminal law, with a particular focus on financing, corporate law and bankruptcy matters.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Benedetta joined Chiomenti in 2017. Prior to joining the Firm, she practiced corporate criminal law at a leading Italian international law firm and she worked for the legal office of a prominent UK investment bank in London. In 2022 and 2023 she was a Foreign Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP (New York).ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES
Benedetta obtained a a PhD in Criminal Law at the University of Milan, Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and is a Member of the “Federico Stella” Research Centre on Criminal Justice and Criminal Policy, with which she has cooperated since 2013, doing research in Criminal Law.
