Elio’s practice focuses on EU and national competition law. His experience includes complex merger control proceedings, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance cases. Additionally, Elio advice clients on a wide range of regulatory issues, particularly in the telecommunications and energy sectors.
Elio regularly represents large national and multinational companies before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority, as well as in litigation before the courts of the European Union and Italian Administrative and Civil Courts.
