In details, Enrico deals with legal assistance and advice on companies’ corporate governance (including listed companies); drafting of legal opinions, by-laws, corporate deeds and resolutions; legal assistance and advice concerning M&A deals, in particular, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, divestment of share packages and contribution of going concerns; drafting of legal due diligence reports, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreement in general.
