Francesca’s in court and out-of-court practice includes: advising on ordinary and extraordinary human resources management during all phases of the employment relationship (including drafting of employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissal procedures, business transfers; termination agreements), the examination of labour and employment law profiles of corporate transactions, legal due diligence.
