Francesca Zambuco mainly deals with EU Law, with more than 8 years practice in EU and national competition law. Her area of expertise also includes Internal Market, public procurement and concessions and consumer law, as well as EU sectorial regulations concerning inter alia media, electronic communications, banking and insurance, energy and transport.
In the aforementioned sectors, Francesca Zambuco advised the European Commission and several leading Italian and multinational companies on EU and national matters, also representing them before the European Commission, and, at national level, before the ordinary and administrative courts and the independent regulatory authorities (namely Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato, Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni).
