Gianandrea advises Italian and foreign clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious international and national law matters. His international contentious experience includes acting for private investors and foreign clients in international arbitrations administered by the main arbitral institutions, such as the PCA, CAM and ICSID, among the other.
His national contentious experience includes advising clients with respect to domestic and international litigation, commercial law, corporate law, and business contracts. His prior experience includes civil and commercial litigation, especially with regard to contracts, corporate, banking and sport law.
