Giulia advises Italian and international clients on tax planning and domestic or cross-border transactions in the real estate, private equity, and structured finance sectors. Giulia has extensive experience in advising clients before the Italian Tax Authorities in requests for prior interpretation of the tax authority on tax-relevant conducts (istanze di interpello) and international rulings.
