Livia advises private or listed industrial players, as well as investment funds (such as private equity, venture capital or pension funds) on corporate law matters, as well as M&A transactions. Livia has solid experience in extraordinary transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, with a focus in highly regulated industries such as energy, infrastructure, and telecommunications. In 2014, she was a Visiting Lawyer at Slaughter and May in London.
