Luigi has gained a wealth of experience in providing in court and out-of-court legal advice in employment and labour law for Italian and foreign employers on matters related to the establishment, management, and termination of work relationships including disciplinary procedures, the negotiation and drafting of settlements, managing collective dismissals or redundancy procedures and business transfers (including in the stage involving negotiation with the unions), stock option plans, equity and other corporate incentive schemes as well as agreements with directors.
Recently, he has also specialised in consulting on workplace safety matters, as well as in structuring corporate welfare schemes.
