Maria Lucia is currently appointed as Assistant Professor in Corporate and Financial Markets Law at Bocconi University in Milan, and as Associated Researcher at the European Banking Institute. Previously, she served as a John M. Olin Fellow in Empirical Law and Finance and as a Fellow of the Program in Corporate Governance at Harvard Law School.
