Matteo advises in banking and finance, debt capital market and structured finance by regularly assisting banks, investment funds and other financial intermediaries - both Italian and international - in connection with securitization and asset finance transactions. He also assists in the context of covered bond issuance programs and in the area of derivative financial instruments.
