Monica assists Italian and international clients in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters in national and international litigations, with a focus on international litigation involving sovereign States and foreign States’ owned entities and in several enforcement proceedings on assets located in Italy. Monica is also in charge of Pro Bono legal advice provided by the Firm within the WeCare project.
