Nicolò regularly advises a broad range of Italian and foreign public and private clients across multiple industries, including banking, financial services, technology, media and telecom, industrial, luxury, private equity and retail on national and cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, business combinations, spin-offs, divestitures, reorganizations, disposition and joint ventures.
Further, Nicolò advises several clients in their day-to-day business activities, providing assistance, among others, on corporate governance, commercial agreements, management incentive and retention plans and compliance in general.
During his experience in the firm, Nicolò has also been seconded to the legal department of two different leading listed Italian companies, assisting and advising the relevant corporate executives on day-to-day operations, corporate governance, internal organization and compliance matters.
In 2019 and 2020 Nicolò worked as International Law Clerk at the New York office of Holland & Knight LLP, mainly advising on M&A and capital market transactions.
