Pasquale has gained many years of experience in banking and finance practices, working for both local and international law firms, with focus on innovative structured transactions involving several kinds of assets. Pasquale advises arrangers, lenders, borrowers, note issuers, originators, servicers and trustees on domestic and cross-border securitisations, factoring transactions, project financing, basket-bonds, covered bonds and other asset-backed schemes. Pasquale also focuses on real estate finance and debt restructuring.
