Sara focuses on labor and employment law matters, with regard to all aspects connected with corporate transactions, restructuring and reorganization processes and relevant impacts on employees and redundancies, also supporting clients in the management of negotiations with Unions and, more in general, industrial relations. She also advises clients on every issue related to the establishment, management and termination of employment contracts (including the obligations of non-competition, confidentiality and non-solicitation following thereto) and relevant litigation.
She is co-author of “International Labor and Employment Laws – ABA – Section of Labor and Employment Law” published by BNA Books, having drafted the Italian Labour Law Chapter, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 releases.
