Chiomenti Talks | The year ahead: private equity drivers for 2025

The evolution of the private equity market, amid new challenges and opportunities related to an ever-changing global context, was the focus of the latest Chiomenti Talks event, held on Thursday, February 6, at the Auditorium in Via Verdi 4 in Milan.
 
Introductory greetings by Mario Roli, Partner, were followed by a panel discussion moderated by Tommaso Caciolli, Managing Associate, in which industry professionals offered their ideas and considerations on the main market drivers for 2025.
 
The discussion, which involved Alessandro Baccarin, Managing Director of CVC Capital Partners, Giorgio Dinaro, Managing Director of Permira, Roberto Quagliuolo, Co-Head of Italy at Tikehau Capital, and Nadine Zariffa, Director of Ardian, explored key topics including the most attractive sectors and markets for 2025, the evolution of the add-on trend, direct co-investment by LPs and between sponsors, and exit strategies.
