2010 new equity partners

The partners meeting of the Firm, held in Rome on March 27, 2010, has appointed Massimiliano Nitti and Silvio Martuccelli as new equity partners, effective as of 1 January 2010.

Massimiliano Nitti joined Chiomenti in 1998. He is admitted in Italy and member of the New York State Bar. Based in Milan, he is member of the corporate and M&A department.

Silvio Martuccelli joined Chiomenti in 2008. He is admitted in Italy.
Based in Milan, he is member of the litigation department and Professor of Civil Law at the University of Parma.
