Loan Deal of the Year - IFLR Awards 2015

Chiomenti advised J.P. Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, as joint lead arrangers, in the deal that has been selected as "Loan Deal of the Year" during the IFLR Awards 2015.

The award has been given for the advice provided in the financing for the combination of the coffee business of Modelez International, Inc. and D.E. Master Blenders 1753 for the creation of Jacobs Douwe Egberts, the new world's leading pure-play coffee company.
