Real Estate
Introduction
Through its involvement in the largest, most complex real estate transactions for over twenty years, the Firm has developed a high-level Real Estate Practice Area, specialized in various areas of law related to the sector and equipped with deep knowledge of the business and the market.
The professionals in the Practice Area possess a mix of relevant skills that enable them to handle real estate private equity and M&A transactions, restructuring and reorganization of real estate assets — also through funds, SICAFs, and other collective investment vehicles — securitization transactions, real estate development and urban regeneration, property acquisitions and real estate portfolios, sale and leaseback, and, in relation to those strategic operations characterized by a marked multidisciplinarity, all reference asset classes (office, retail, residential, industrial, hotel, and mixed-use, student housing, senior housing, and alternative asset classes).
Great attention is also paid to the preparation and negotiation of the most common contractual types in the sector, such as large leases, business lease agreements, hotel management contracts, construction contracts, asset and property management contracts, development management contracts, and other contractual types for the use, management, and realization of real estate assets.
