In particular, Andrea has gained experience in voluntary and court-mandated debt restructuring transactions, assisting clients (including banks and financial intermediaries) in the negotiation and implementation of negotiated crisis resolution instruments. His activities also include assistance in extraordinary transactions (with particular focus on distressed M&A) and corporate finance ones.
