Annalisa advices Italian and foreign clients in matters concerning Employment Law, social security (also in litigation) with a focus on Employment Law aspects of acquisitions, corporate restructuring and management of contracts for top managers of multinationals corporations, companies of the financial sector and other industries. In addition, she offers assistance in matters concerning remuneration policies and incentive plans, compliance programs, international mobility, audits and investigations, retention/non compete restrictions, corporate governance issues and ESG policies.
Annalisa has also gained extensive experience in complex corporate restructuring processes, outsourcing, national and international reorganization plans, also with assistance in industrial relations and in the litigation.
Annalisa has been recognized as a leading lawyer by prominent international legal guides such as Chambers and Legal 500. She has received the award "Lawyer of the Year" at the Legalcommunity Labour Awards 2022, "Lawyer of the Year - Labour Dispute" at TopLegal Awards 2018, “Italian Labour Lawyer of the Year” at the Legalcommunity Labour Awards 2016. Annalisa is often speaker in national and international conferences and lectures in courses/seminars of employment law. She is also Emeritus Global Chair of the Lex Mundi Employment and Labour Practice Group.
