Filippo advises Italian and international clients on matters concerning Corporate - M&A, litigation, arbitration, bankruptcy, and corporate restructuring with a focus on company law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint venture, national and international litigation concerning civil law matters (in arbitration and in court), alternative dispute resolution, international commercial arbitration, insolvency and pre-insolvency procedures, financial restructuring and related litigation.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Filippo Corsini joined the Firm from 1998 to 2000. In 2002, he worked for the Lovells London. He joined the Firm again in 2003 and became a Partner in 2011. He has been Of Counsel to the Firm since 2018.ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES
Since 2006 Filippo has been a Professor of Civil Procedure at the Law Faculty of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Author of 4 books and of more than 90 articles and essays on civil procedure, arbitration law, law of trusts, international insolvency and company law.
