FILIPPO CORSINI

Filippo advises Italian and international clients on matters concerning Corporate - M&A, company law, commercial law, corporate governance and joint ventures. He represents clients in litigation and arbitration (both national and international) involving the preceding matters, he frequently serves as arbitrator and he is often required to issue legal opinions on complex corporate issues.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Filippo Corsini joined Chiomenti in 2003; since 2018 he is an Of Counsel. He has a PhD and he is first tier professor of law at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He previously worked for Lovells London.

ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

Filippo is a Professor of Civil Procedural Law and Arbitration Law in the Department of Law of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Author of 4 books and of more than 100 articles and essays on civil process, arbitration (domestic and international), international procedural law, law of trusts, international insolvency and corporate law. He has been speaker in more than 90 seminars and teacher in a number of training courses on arbitration organized by arbitral institutions.
