The last major transactions in which he assisted were BPER's acquisition of Banca Carige, the capital increase of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, the acquisition of Tua Assicurazioni by Allianz S.p.A., the merger between Unipol Gruppo and UnipolSai, and the systemic rescue of Eurovita by the major Italian Companies through Cronos Vita.
He has been ranked as a leading lawyer by prominent international legal guides such as Chambers, IFLR 1000 and Legal 500.
