Luca regularly advises Italian and international clients (including funds and other regulated entities, institutional investors, and developers) on wide range of M&A and real estate transactions, with a particular focus on extraordinary capital transactions, investment reorganisations, development projects, constructions and asset management. Luca also has gained significant experience in the hospitality sector and in cross-border transactions in infrastructure and energy industries.
