Head of the “Healthcare & Life Sciences” Practice Area, Luca advises Italian and international clients on extraordinary transactions on commercial law and contracts matters with a focus on assisting entrepreneurs and multinational companies operating in various industrial sectors.
Luca has gained a wealth of experience in real estate law sectors that have specific features such as hotels, and “trophy assets”. He is also Head of the pharma, healthcare and life sciences practices of the Firm.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Luca Liistro joined the Firm in 2001 and became a Partner in 2013. Since 2024 Head of the "Transactions" Department. After completing his LL.M., he was a Foreign Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in New York between 2006-2007.
