LUIGI SEMINARA

Luigi advises entrepreneurial families, industrial groups, listed companies, private equity funds, and other financial investors on matters of Corporate Governance and corporate law.
He is regularly involved in generational transitions, company and group reorganizations – including cross-border transactions – and complex M&A and extraordinary transactions, with particular focus on corporate law aspects.
In addition, Luigi has significant experience assisting shareholders as well as members of the management and supervisory bodies of industrial and financial companies in both pre-litigation and litigation contexts.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Luigi Seminara joined the Firm in 2014 and became a Of Cousel in 2025. In 2023, he was a Visiting Lawyer at NautaDutilh (Amsterdam).

ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

Luigi has been a teaching assistant at the Department of Law at the Università di Pavia since 2011 and is a member of the Centro Studi “Guido Rossi” established at Collegio Ghislieri in Pavia. As part of his academic career, he has been a Visiting Researcher at Fordham University in New York (2009) and the University of California, Berkeley (2013). Luigi has authored several publications in the field of corporate law.
